Rolex kept the headline bump to just 41 mm, but the return of tapered lugs means it wears closer to the classic five-digit Subs than the outgoing maxi-case. The Oyster bracelet grows to 21 mm at the case, giving extra stability when the Glidelock is teased open on a humid day.
Dial-side, a micro-coronet now sits between “SWISS” and “MADE” at six—a discreet hallmark of the latest generation. The Cerachrom insert is a touch wider too, sharpening the boundary between gloss dial and Oystersteel bezel.
