TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from 777CHRONOS through 777chronos.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always take precedence over these Terms.

1. Products

777CHRONOS specialises in luxury watches, including pre-owned and vintage watches.

The condition, specifications, accessories and contents of each watch are described on the relevant product page. Pre-owned watches may show signs of previous use consistent with their stated condition.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors before an order is accepted.

2. Orders

An order is subject to acceptance and availability.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or where the product is no longer available.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Applicable VAT will be handled in accordance with relevant tax legislation.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties and other local charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by carriers, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods remains with us until the goods have been delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for qualifying distance purchases.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not correspond to the agreed description, you may have statutory rights including repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase, depending on applicable law.

These rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and from any commercial warranty.

EU law provides consumers with at least a two-year legal guarantee, including for qualifying second-hand goods sold by professional traders, although national legislation may provide stronger protection. 7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, 777CHRONOS is not responsible for indirect losses, losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and design elements owned by 777CHRONOS, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection available to consumers under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms
