Return and Refund Policy
At 777CHRONOS, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing a timepiece from us. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights when purchasing from 777CHRONOS, including your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Swedish and European consumer legislation.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and purchase a watch from us online, by telephone, or through another form of distance contract, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by emailing:

You do not need to provide a reason for the return.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, the goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
These rules reflect the statutory EU withdrawal framework for distance sales.
Return Instructions
Because our watches are high-value items, please contact us before dispatching a return. We will provide the appropriate return address and any relevant shipping instructions.
Unless the return concerns a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance covering the full value of the watch. The watch must be securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transport.
The requirement to contact us for return instructions does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal. A clear statement notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase is sufficient to exercise that right.
EU legislation permits the seller to require the consumer to bear the direct return cost provided the consumer was informed of this in advance.
Condition of Returned Watches
You are entitled to inspect a watch in substantially the same manner as you would be able to inspect it in a physical store.
You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the watch beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
When returning a watch, it should therefore be returned with everything supplied with it, including, where applicable, the presentation box, outer box, warranty card or papers, certificates, manuals, hang tags, spare bracelet links, straps and other accessories.
For luxury watches, actions that may result in diminished value include wearing the watch beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, scratching or damaging the case, bracelet, clasp or crystal, creating significant wear or creasing on a leather strap, altering or polishing the watch, exposing the watch to water, opening the case, tampering with the movement, or otherwise changing the condition in which the watch was supplied.
Removal of protective stickers, tags or similar protective materials, or adjustment of a bracelet, may also result in diminished value where this materially affects the resale value or condition of the watch.
Where the returned goods have diminished in value because of handling beyond what was reasonably necessary for inspection, 777CHRONOS may make an appropriate deduction from the refund reflecting that diminished value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A return will not automatically lose its statutory withdrawal protection merely because packaging, a tag or a protective sticker has been opened or removed. The assessment will instead be based on the condition of the returned goods and any resulting reduction in value. This approach follows the EU rule on diminished value rather than imposing a blanket “unused only” condition.
Pre-Owned and Vintage Watches
Many watches sold by 777CHRONOS are pre-owned or vintage.
The condition, age, included accessories and known characteristics of each watch are described on the relevant product page. Normal wear or characteristics that were clearly disclosed before purchase are therefore part of the condition in which the watch was sold.
The statutory right of withdrawal nevertheless applies to eligible online purchases of pre-owned goods in the same way as other eligible distance purchases.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you for the returned goods.
Where required by law, this also includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us for the original delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as expedited or special delivery, the additional cost does not have to be reimbursed.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has expressly been agreed with you.
We will process the reimbursement within the period required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that the goods have been dispatched to us, whichever occurs first.
No restocking or administrative fee will be charged for the exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal.
These refund mechanics follow the Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish consumer guidance. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the description provided at the time of purchase.
If you believe that a watch is defective or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact contact@777chronos.com before returning it.
Where 777CHRONOS is legally responsible for the defect or non-conformity, the appropriate remedies and reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Any commercial or manufacturer warranty offered with a particular watch is separate from, and does not restrict, these statutory consumer rights.
Personalised or Customised Goods
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, for example a product specifically engraved or permanently customised at the customer's request.
Where this exception applies, we will inform you before the purchase is completed.
Standard watches, including individually identifiable or pre-owned watches, are not excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because they are unique or pre-owned. The statutory exception concerns goods genuinely made or personalised to the consumer's specifications.
Purchases Made in Person
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies to distance and off-premises contracts and does not automatically apply to a purchase concluded at a physical business location or during an in-person appointment.
Any return of an item purchased entirely in person may therefore be accepted at the discretion of 777CHRONOS unless otherwise required by law.
Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Business Customers
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal described above applies to consumers. Purchases made by companies or individuals acting primarily for business purposes are subject to the terms agreed for that transaction and do not benefit from consumer withdrawal rights unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by 777CHRONOS.
