Rolex GMT Master 16750
The Rolex GMT Master reference 16750 Pepsi was first introduced in the 1980s as an updated version of the original GMT Master model. The watch was designed for pilots and features a 24-hour bezel, which allowed them to keep track of multiple time zones. The Pepsi bezel, with its red and blue colors, was inspired by the logo of Pan American Airways, a popular airline at the time. The Oyster bracelet was made of stainless steel, which made it durable and resistant to wear and tear. Today, the Rolex GMT Master reference 16750 Pepsi remains a highly coveted watch, sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike.
This particular example was serviced by a Rolex Service Centre on February 9th 2023 and is under Rolex warranty until 2025. The watch was not polished during the service. The case has signs of wear and the case is quite strong with it's original shapes still present. One thing to note is that the caseback has a date engraved. The watch is a 8.9m serial which dates it to approx 1985.
