This immediately recognisable ovaline shaped Patek Philippe Ellipse in 18k yellow gold and with a golden dial and black roman numerals. This watch case has been polished but the lines remain very strong still. A grey large scale alligator strap is fitted to the watch together with the original tang buckle. The original black alligator strap is also included.
