Daniel Roth Chronograph
Daniel Roth Chronograph
Daniel Roth's name may not be recognisable as F.P. Journe or Max Busser, but the independent watchmaking movement owes much of its success to him. After helping to revive Breguet in the 1970s and 80s, he struck out on his own and founded his eponymous brand. Earlier Daniel Roth designs drew from his time at Breguet, but as time went on his signature style became more contemporary. While the name has since been discontinued by Bulgari, who bought the brand in 2000, his watches are still available and actually growing in popularity - acting as a testament to his early vision.
The watch case is in very good condition with only light signs of wear. The movement however runs fast and an overhaul is recommended. The chronograph runs and resets correctly.
